Our Mission
I.A.M. was created to provide young ladies with a fun and engaging way to learn how to avoid negative peer influences, build their self-esteem, increase confidence and become goal oriented and purpose driven. Our collective purpose is to identify positive traits and characteristics within ourselves, speak words of affirmations daily, reflect on our contribution to the world around us, and strive towards becoming the best version of ourselves.
Our Program
At Intelligent Ambitious Mentoring, we strive to empower young ladies through one-on-one guidance and group activities, fostering leadership skills and personal growth. By providing support, encouragement, and resources, we aim to inspire confidence and resilience in young women as they navigate their unique journey to success.
2024 Impact Highlights Overview
This year, we made a powerful impact, reaching 54 girls aged 8 to 16 through our mentorship and empowerment programs. We strengthened our community by gaining 8 new partners and raising $8,797 in fundraising revenue to support our mission. Our commitment to growth and development led to 8 workforce development workshops, 7 health and wellness workshops, and 8 community service projects, providing valuable experiences for the girls.
The impact was clear—92% of participants reported increased confidence, 88% felt better prepared for the future, and 86% experienced significant personal growth. These numbers reflect the real-life transformation happening in our program.
We couldn’t have achieved this without the dedication of our mentors, community partners, and supporters. As we look ahead, we are excited to expand our reach, develop even more impactful programs, and continue empowering young women to step into their greatness.
